the University of Western Australia. After residencies in surgery, pediatrics
and Internal medicine he completed a residency in dermatology at The
University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Dr Milgraum is an associate Professor of Dermatology at the Robert Wood
Johnson Medical School and a world renowned dermatologic laser surgeon. He was
the innovator of many cosmetic and medical laser procedures such as laser
tattoo and hair removal, skin resurfacing for wrinkles and laser therapy for
varicose veins, birthmarks and vitiilgo.
He is one of a handful of board certified Adult and Pediatric
Dermatologists in the New York Metropolitan area, thus possessing unique
