Dr Milgraum primarily utilizes the Ultra Pulse Encore CO2 Laser to resurface skin to remove wrinkles. During laser resurfacing, "laser peel, a high-energy beam vaporizes wrinkles, lines and scars resulting in wrinkle removal. This precise procedure of laser wrinkle removal, performed in our office, enables patients to return to work in 7-10 days. The laser can be precisely controlled so that only specific areas are targeted.

 

 


 

 

In conjunction with laser resurfacing another cosmetic operation, such as eyelid surgery, blepharoplasty, or facelift may be performed.
